Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses, such as PO boxes, or for certain products, such as frozen products. All Resellers must contact Instinct to seek authorization to resell the Products and execute an Instinct Authorized Reseller Agreement, if authorized by Instinct in Instinct’s sole discretion. Any Reseller that fails to execute an Instinct Authorized Reseller Agreement and comply with this Policy will be deemed an unauthorized reseller of the Products.
